When will I receive my annual mortgage statement?

Your annual statement will be posted to you in January and will cover the period from January to December of the previous year. You can request a duplicate of the January statement to be sent to you via post at any time – however this will not contain the updated current balance or details of your account since as it will be an exact replica of the Annual Statement in January.

It will show you the balance of your mortgage, your payments and interest charges, any fees accrued over the year. It also confirms the repayment type, product and early repayment charges on your mortgage. Please get in touch, if you have any questions using the number above.

I’d like to check my remaining balance

If you would just like a quick indication of your remaining balance you can call our team at any stage using the number above. 

Alternatively you can request a redemption statement or a duplicate of your annual statement to be sent to you via the post if you would like to see your mortgage status in full.

Redemption statement request

If you want to repay your mortgage in full you can request a redemption statement by one of the following methods:

  • Over the phone by calling our Product switch team on the number at the top of the page or requesting a callback using the online form.
  • By email at productswitch@aldermore.co.uk (Residential mortgages) or customer.services@aldermore.co.uk (Commercial Mortgages)
  • In writing to us at:

If you are coming to the end of your current mortgage deal it is recommended that you find out how and when you can switch to one of the latest loyalty deals available to you by visiting our Switch your Mortgage page or the Customer Loyalty team can discuss this with you before requesting a redemption statement.

The redemption statement will be sent out within 3 working days of the request. You can also call our team at any stage for an indication of the redemption figure by calling the number above.

The statement will give you an indication of your current mortgage balance, interest rate and any applicable closure fees. Please note that a redemption statement is only valid for the month in which it was produced.

How do I request a Certificate of Interest?

A Statement of Interest can help you complete your tax return and confirms interest charged during the relevant tax year.

You can submit a request for a statement to be sent to you by emailing us at mortgage.servicing@aldermore.co.uk providing your name, account number, and security property address. Alternatively call the number at the top of the page to request yours and we will post it out to you.

Credit will be secured on your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments.
