We’ll be in touch before your account matures
We’ll contact you at least 14 days before your account matures to explain your options, and we’ll send a reminder a week before, too. You can view your options and tell us what you’d like to do by logging into Internet Banking.

If we don’t hear from you
We’ll automatically move your money into a new Easy Access Account or Easy Access ISA, so your savings stay protected and continue earning interest.
If you’ve chosen to withdraw your funds
We’ll send your money to your nominated account by Faster Payments on your maturity date (or the next working day if it’s a weekend or Bank Holiday). You’ll earn interest up until the day before the funds are released.
