How do I log in to my account? You’ll need your Customer ID, password and memorable details to log in, and we’ve created a video guide to give you step by step instructions. If you’ve recently opened your account, your Customer ID will be on its way to you through the post and you should normally receive this within five business days of opening the account. Please be patient in case of any delays with the postal service due to the current circumstances. If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link on the Log In page. You’ll need your Customer ID and your registered email address to get started. We’ll send a unique link to your registered email address so you can reset your password online. For your security, you’ll need your Customer ID again, along with your nominated bank account details, to reset your password. Once you’ve done this you’ll be able to log in as usual.
