Account maturities and transfers

The easiest way to give us your maturity instructions is online.

Log in to Internet Banking to view your maturity options

Click ‘Account Options’ for the account that’s due to mature. Select ‘Maturity Options’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

Here, you can select the following options.

  • Choose a new savings account
  • Request to withdraw your money back to your nominated account

If you request to withdraw your money back to your nominated account:

Please check that your nominated account details are up to date.

Your details are shown in the ‘Amend Details’ section when you log in.

We’ll need you to verify your new account. This will take a few days so please do this before your account matures. Otherwise, your money will be returned to the current nominated account.

If you take no action:

  • Fixed Term Accounts  – we’ll automatically move your money into a new Easy Access account
  • Fixed Rate Cash ISAs – we’ll move your money into a new Easy Access Cash ISA
