Maturity

14 days before your account matures, we'll send you an email with everything you need to know about how to select your maturity options.

We'll also send you an extra email reminder around 7 days later.

Once you're ready to give us your maturity instruction, you can do this online up until 2 business days before the maturity date. Just follow these steps:

  • Click here to log on to your account (opens in new window)
  • Once logged in, click ‘Account Summary’
  • Select 'Quick actions' on the account that’s maturing.
  • Click ‘Select Maturity Option’
  • Select one of the options
  • Follow the next screens to confirm your choice

Once selected, if you decide you'd like to change your maturity option, then you have up to two business days before your maturity date to amend.

Please set your maturity instructions in Internet Banking at least two business days before your account matures.

If you have a Fixed Rate account or a Fixed Rate account with Access and we don't hear from you by the maturity date, we'll move your money into a new Easy Access Account. You have 14 days' cooling-off period from the maturity date in which you can change your mind.

We'll pay your interest monthly to your new account, irrespective of any previous instructions you've given us. If you wish to change where the interest is paid to you can do so by logging into Internet Banking, hovering over the three dots to the right of the account summary tile and selecting 'Update Interest Payment.'
