Aldermore has appointed Jack Arnold and Matthew Gudgeon as Business Development Managers within its Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team. Jack and Matthew bring a wealth of experience in real estate finance and relationship management, and will play a key role in driving Aldermore’s growth ambitions in the CRE sector.

Jack joins Aldermore following nearly a decade at NatWest, where he held a series of progressive roles in Real Estate Finance, including Relationship Management Apprentice, Assistant Director – Large Corporate Real Estate Finance, Senior Relationship Manager, and Relationship Director. His deep knowledge will be instrumental in helping Aldermore drive growth and deliver tailored finance solutions to new and existing clients.

Matthew brings close to 20 years of experience in financial services having held roles at HSBC, Santander, Christie Finance, and most recently OakNorth Bank, where he was an Associate in Debt Finance. His broad expertise across corporate banking and real estate finance, combined with a strong track record in business development, will support Aldermore to expand its presence in key markets.
