Aldermore has today reduced rates across its residential owner occupier and buy to let (BTL) ranges, for new and existing customers, alongside launching limited edition BTL products.

 

The following rates are available immediately:

For new customers

Residential owner occupiers

  • Level 1, 2 & 3: 2 year fixed rates <80% LTV, reduced by 0.15% (rates from 5.29%) 

  • Level 1, 2 & 3: 5 year fixed rates <80% LTV, reduced by 0.10% (rates from 5.14%)

  • Level 1 & 2: 2 & 5 year fixed rates at 85% LTV, reduced by 0.20% (rates from 5.69%)

Buy to let

NEW LIMITED EDITION for individual and company landlords with single residential properties 

  • 2 year fixed rate at 75% LTV with a 5% fee (rate of 3.29%)

NEW LIMITED EDITION multi property product for individual and company landlords with residential investment property portfolios

  • 2 year fixed rate at 75% LTV with a 5% fee (rate of 3.24%)

Individual and company landlords with single residential properties 

  • 5 year fixed rates reduced by 0.10%, with zero fee, 1.5%, 5%, 7% and £1,999 fee options (rates from 4.34%)

Multi property product for individual and company landlords with residential investment property portfolios

  • 5 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%, with zero fee, 1.5%, 5%, 7% and £1,999 fee options (rates from 4.29%)

HMO and multi unit freehold including multi property 

  • 2 year fixed rates reduced by 0.10%, with zero fee, 3%, and 5% fee options (rates from 3.54%)

  • 5 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.15%, with zero fee, 1.5%, 5%, 7% and £1,999 fee options (rates from 4.39%)

 

For existing customers (product switch)

Residential owner occupier
  • Fixed rates <85% LTV reduced by up to 0.20% (rates from 5.34%)
Buy to let

Individual and company landlords with single residential investment properties

  • 2 year fixed rates reduced by 0.10% (rates from 6.29%)
  • 5 year fixed rates reduced by up to 0.30% (rates from 6.09%)
