James brings to the role over thirteen years of financial services experience, with particular expertise and focus in the equity release, residential mortgage and annuity sectors. Most recently, he spent a successful number of years as National Account Manager at Hodge, undertaking a lead role in planning sales, events and adviser education activity for the business development department. The major focus of this was establishing the Hodge brand within mainstream residential mortgage intermediary distribution and developing the lender’s award-winning later life lending proposition.
