The new rate is available for loans from £250k up to £1m, and is available to both individuals and limited companies applying for standard residential units.
Available immediately, the new product includes:
- Initial rate of 3.93% for 2, 3 and 5 Year Fixed Rates available up to 80% LTV
- Availability for both for purchase and remortgage
- Completion fee of 1.50%
- Booking fee £199
