Aldermore steps into dragon’s shoes to support London-based recruitment business

Construction Recruitment Services Ltd & Alphatech Resources are a central London based partner businesses providing recruitment services to the construction & engineering and fire & security industries across the UK. Managing Director, Matthew Hartie, has agreed a £750,000 invoice finance facility with Aldermore to support future expansion.

Matthew Hartie has been working in the Recruitment industry for the past 20 years, and set up his first business in 2003 with the help of Dragons’ Den star James Caan. Matt acquired Construction Recruitment Services & Alphatech Resources through a recent MBO and is now looking to grow by expanding his team and has an ambitious programme of mergers and acquisitions planned.
