Scunthorpe based S&E Engineering set for growth following £1m refinance with Aldermore

S&E Engineering is looking to recruit additional staff having agreed a new invoice finance facility with Aldermore.

S&E Engineering is run by Martin Sanderson and Jim Swan from their offices in Scunthorpe. The firm provides a range of engineering services including fabrication, CNC, profiling and welding for clients across the UK. They have been trading for 29 years and currently employ 29 people.

Martin and Jim have ambitions to expand and neededadditional funding to assist in the purchase of state-of-the-art machinery and recruit new employees. Aldermore’s invoice finance provided this capital so that S&E Engineering are now perfectly positioned for growth and is looking to recruit additionalnew members of staff over the coming year.

Wayne Spratt, Aldermore’s Regional Sales Manager, worked quickly to understand the needs of S&E Engineering and provided a £1m confidential invoice discounting facility to help the business achieve its growth aspirations.

Martin Sanderson, Managing Director of S&E Engineering, said:
