The awards named Aldermore as the winner of the ‘Best Business Savings Provider’. The Bank also picked up the Savings Innovation Award for the Customised Fixed Rate Business Savings Account, the only account on the market that enables SMEs to fix the rate of interest they receive and the term, to the day, that they want to commit their funds to.
The awards, now in their fifth year, recognise the top personal finance providers from the last twelve months.
The Bank offers a range of savings products for businesses including the award-winning Customised Fixed Rate Account, which allows customers to maximise the return on their savings with a fixed rate of interest until the exact date that they want their money back.
With time often the largest constraint faced by business owners, the Bank’s online accounts are designed to ensure that an account can be opened in under 15 minutes ensuring the customers can spend more time focussed on the success of their business.
In December last year Aldermore announced that since the launch of its savings proposition for SMEs in July 2012 more than 11,000 small and medium-sized business savers have opened an account and total deposits had surpassed £1billion.
Simon Healy, Managing Director of Savings at Aldermore said:
“I am delighted by today’s news and believe this industry recognition reinforces Aldermore’s reputation as an industry-leading and innovative provider of deposit accounts for small and medium-sized businesses.
“We want to create products that serve our customers day-to-day needs and we listen to the feedback we receive from customers. Our Ratings and Review service allows businessowners to provide honest and unedited reviews of our products, something all our existing and prospective customers can read. We believe this important and allows us to improve our overall product offering. At Aldermore we strive to offer banking as it should be.”
