formerly Commercial Director working across Aldermore’s lending lines and will start his new role with immediate effect.
Chris joined Aldermore from Lafarge Tarmac where he oversaw the integration of sales teams, established
Tarmac's sales coaching and development framework and delivered sales process improvements across the group. Prior to this Chris worked for GE Capital where he held numerous sales roles.
In his new position, Chris reports to Damon Walford, Managing Director of Invoice Finance and heads
up the invoice finance sales team, coordinating Aldermore’s seven regional offices. This new position has been developed to ensure that the Bank’s invoice finance team continues to provide a consistent high level service to
clients’ right across the country. Based in Reading, Chris will travel to the regional branches on a daily basis.
