Aldermore has provided a £1.8 million invoice finance facility to Expert Group, an employment agency headquartered in Deeside, which provides high quality drivers to companies.

The founders and directors of Expert Group, Tony Osborne and Mike Williams, formed the company in 2006. Since then they have expanded the firm twofold and are set to open a further six new branches in 2014 and are currently looking to fill 30 full time jobs. In order to fulfil their ambitious growth plans Tony and Mike needed to be sure they always have a strong cash flow. Aldermore’s invoice finance facility means they can get a proportion of the value of their outstanding invoices in just 24 hours. This ensures Expert Group has access to an ongoing source of cash when business opportunities come along.

Tony Osborne, Director at Expert Group, says:“We’ve been fortunate to see the agency grow over the last few years despite the tough economic climate. Now that economy is on the up again we see no limit to our potential future growth.

“Aldermore’s invoice finance gives us piece of mind that cash flow will never be a barrier to fulfilling our potential. We can push ahead with our growth plan, opening new offices and creating jobs with confidence. I only wish we did it sooner.”

Martine Catton, North West Regional Director, Aldermore said:“Manyrecruitment and employment agencies are tailor-made for using invoice finance. For various reasons, getting payment on invoices can be slow so an invoice finance facility can really help to release its value quickly.”

“Like Expert Group, Adermore has a regional office network across the UK so we understand the challenges and opportunities they face in each area. Our cash flow finance products are designed specifically with SMEs like Expert Group in mind as we are determined to help local businesses get ahead. I love to see enterprising firms like Expert Group going from strength to strength with our help.”
