Matthew joined Aldermore a year ago and has since employed a number of new recruits across credit control, data processing and reconciliation. Having decided that a new centralised team would provide the most efficient client service, Matthew considered a variety of locations to base the team and Manchester came out on top.

We are now able to work more closely with our sales and relationship management teams to make sure we are able to meet the needs of new and existing clients.”
