Aldermore unveils comprehensive ‘end-to-end’ buy-to-let proposition for landlords and brokers

Aldermore, the British challenger bank, has launched a new online service for landlords and brokers, giving them a single point of access to a wealth of information regardless of whether they want to finance a single property or a large portfolio.

The service, believed to be the first totally 'end-to-end' buy-to-let proposition available to landlords, gives applicants one port of call regardless of the size or complexity of their application or whether it is for a residential or commercial property.

The online facility, which is available at ensures users have immediate access to an appropriate underwriter, as well as comprehensive resources which include technical knowledge guides, tools and calculators, specimen agreements and an 'Ask & Answer' customer forum.

Charles Haresnape, Managing Director of Residential Mortgages at Aldermore, said: "There are very few individual financial institutions that give landlords and brokers one point of contact under one brand for any buy-to-let enquiry or application, regardless of its size or type.

"It doesn't matter if a landlord is interested in residential or commercial property, or has one house or a large portfolio to finance, Aldermore can help. This new service will ensure users have access to appropriate information and are put in contact with a suitably qualified underwriter straightaway.

"The diverse nature of the buy-to-let market has caused both brokers and landlords frustration in the past, because of uncertainty about where to go to get answers to their questions. This new service will finally put an end to such frustrations."
