Aldermore, the new intermediary residential and buy to let mortgage lender, has extended its reach into the broker market, by making its products available to the 1650 plus members of the Intrinsic network.

With immediate effect, all Intrinsic RI's can access Aldermore's full product range by registering on their website
Colin Snowdon, Chief Executive, Residential Mortgages at Aldermore, said: "We're delighted to welcome Intrinsic members on board. I'm sure they will soon discover that our products can fill the current gap in the mortgage market where, frustratingly, their creditworthy clients are being turned away by high street lenders due to high credit score thresholds or in the case of their buy to let clients, lack of available funding.  It takes just a few minutes to submit a clients' case online and receive an immediate Decision in Principle. Brokers can also upload supporting documentation online, which means they can retain their original files. A DIP will also only leave a soft footprint on their clients' credit records".
John Hayden, Product and Service Director, Intrinsic comments: "Aldermore are a welcome addition to our panel of mortgage lenders.  Their flexible approach to underwriting gives our AR's greater opportunity to convert more of their clients business.  Since Aldermore's recent launch our members have continually requested access to their products.  We are pleased we are now able to satisfy this demand".
In the residential market, Aldermore has products for both house purchase and remortgaging, up to 80% loan to value with a choice of discounted and fixed rates.
In the buy to let market, mortgages are available up to 75% loan to value for the purchase or remortgage of a single property, also with a choice of  discounted and fixed rates.
