You can withdraw money from your Easy Access account online.
Log into internet banking and select ‘Move Money’ on the menu bar to withdraw money to your nominated account.
You can only withdraw money from your Fixed Rate account if you are still within the 14 day cooling off period. The cooling off period starts on the day you open your account for 14 days and, if you change your mind during this time, we’ll return your money without penalty or notice. Please give us a call and we can help you with this.
Once the cooling off period has expired, you can't make any withdrawals or transfers and closures aren't allowed until the maturity date.
With this account, you can make a one-off withdrawal of up to 25% of the account balance.
