The functionality to download your Business Savings statement(s) to CSV format is currently unavailable in internet banking. We understand this feature is important to you and we’re working to reinstate it as soon as possible.
You can still download your statement in PDF format and there are online tools available to convert PDFs into Excel format, if this is something that you need. However, we’re unable to recommend any specific tools.
We’ll update you when the CSV functionality is available again. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
