We understand that the current situation is having an impact on our customers. Therefore we have a number of options available if you’re worried about making your lending repayments. For our business, home owners and landlord customers we are offering the option to reduce or defer payments for up to 3 months.

We’re currently reviewing draft guidance outlined by the FCA in relation to mortgage payment breaks, and we’ll let you know as soon as possible on how we’ll continue to support customers who need help with their finances at this time. Please keep checking back for updates.
