How do I pay money into my business savings account? You can make payments from your linked nominated account using CHAPS, Faster payments, BACS or a standing order. How do I withdraw money from my business savings account? If you have an Easy Access Account, you can withdraw money from your account online. If your account has been funded, you'll see a link for "Withdraw funds" in account tools at the bottom right of the screen. Click this link and follow the instructions an screen. If you have a Fixed Rate Account, you can only withdraw money if you're still within the 14 day cooling off period. Once the cooling off period has passed, you can't many any withdrawals or transfers, and closures aren't allowed until the maturity date. If you have a Fixed Rate with Access account, you can make a one-off withdrawal of up to 25% of the account balance.
What happens when my Fixed Rate Account matures? 21 days before your account matures, we'll create a secure message in online banking explaining your options and send you an email to let you know. You have up to 19 days to plan your next steps. We'll send you an additional email reminder around a week later. Once you're ready to give us your maturity instruction, you can do this online up until 2 business days before the maturity date. Just follow these steps: From your accounts home page in internet banking, select your maturing account Click on maturity options in the account tools bar on the right hand side panel Give us your maturity instructions by selecting your choice from the options listed
What do I do if I've forgotten my password or username? If you've forgotten your password, you can re-set it here.You'll need to have your customer ID and linked nominated account details handy. When you enter these details, we'll send you an SMS with a temporary password. Once you're logged in, you can change your password to one you choose. When resetting your password, you'll need to get a one-time use passcode and enter it on the login page. If you find you're locked out of your account you'll need to call us on 01733 821 321 and we'll help you reset your password.
How do I set up additional users on my account? You can set up new users on your account online. Once you're logged in, click on the manage users link and follow the instructions on screen. There are different levels of access you can grant to users on your account. These are: SignatoryThis is a trusted person who is entitled to execute and authorise financial transactions and make changes to the account details.AdministratorThis is a trusted person who has administrative rights in an account and is entitled to execute non financial activity in the accountRead only userThis is is a trusted person who can view only activity in the account.We'll send additional users an email with a unique link to their application and the person who added them an SMS with a unique PIN that you'll need to give to the new user.
