If you’ve recently opened your account, we’ll send your Customer ID through the post and you’ll need this to access your account online. You should normally receive this within five business days of opening the account, but please be patient in case of any delays with the postal service due to the current circumstances.
When you completed your account opening online, you’ll have been given an account opening reference number. Once the account is open, you’ll receive an account number. Both of these numbers are unique to you and you can use either number as the Payment Reference when making a deposit. You can find out more about making deposits here.
