Personal Savings

New Accounts

If you’ve recently opened your account, we’ll send your Customer ID through the post and you’ll need this to access your account online. You should normally receive this within five business days of opening the account, but please be patient in case of any delays with the postal service due to the current circumstances.

When you completed your account opening online, you’ll have been given an account opening reference number. Once the account is open, you’ll receive an account number. Both of these numbers are unique to you and you can use either number as the Payment Reference when making a deposit. You can find out more about making deposits here.

At this time we are not taking any further new applications on our Double Access or 120 Day Notice Accounts, please keep checking our website for future launches.

Online banking allows you to manage your account quickly and securely from the safety of your own home. Remember, you can complete the following actions online:

  • View your account balance 
  • Move your money
  • Give us your maturity instructions
