The Entrepreneur ISA

This is a scheme to help accelerate people’s plans to set up their first business by receiving a cash lump sum or bonus on incorporation of their business.

The Small Business Savings Allowance

This scheme incentivises businesses to save spare or surplus cash either to fund future investment or to help them through tougher trading periods and is targeted firmly at existing small businesses.

It couldn't be simpler!

Takes no time at all to open the account and the 0.85% current rate of interest is the best on the market. What more could you want for your business account?

Easy to open an account

Having researched google we decided that Aldermore gave the best interest rates for an easy access deposit account-at lease three times better than our bank's current rate.

Quick and Easy to Open

It was easy to open my business savings account fairly quickly. Within 24 hours the account was up and running and I was able to make my first credit. The whole process was done online and no need to phone a call centre to finish the application. Only drawback is that credits/debits do not happen immediately when you transfer money which is something that I'm used to with my personal accounts.

Interest rate good

There were issues initially because you could not confirm that this account was available to CIC. You request proof of identity which is fair enough, either original documents or certified copies. In the list of people, organisations that will certify documents you state Doctors and Banks. I asked at both my Bank and the Doctors and they will not certify documents and therefore I would recommend that you amend the list. As a CIC, interested in achieving maximum benefit from our savings having to pay in the region of £10 to a solicitor, the Post Office for certification rather defeats the object.
