How to register​

Registering for our portals is quick and easy, all you need to do is simply enter your personal and company details to create a profile in our residential portal.

If you've already registered to use our residential portal and want to access our specialist buy to let mortgage portal too, please email mortgage.registrations@aldermore.co.uk and provide your email address, FCA number and your date of birth.

If you wish to register for our specialist buy to let mortgage portal only, complete the registration form and email it to mortgage.registrations@aldermore.co.uk.​

Give your administrator(s) read-only access to the Aldermore portal so they can upload documentation on your behalf. Please complete the Admin Request Form and return it to us to set up access.


Minimum Standard Packaging Requirements​

Only fully packaged applications meeting our minimum standards will be reviewed. Find out what’s needed to complete your deal quickly on our Minimum Standard Packaging page.​

Don't forget our Decisions in Principle (DIPs) are guaranteed for 30 days, giving you the confidence in securing the rate for your client, while also giving you the time to collect all the documentation we need.

  • Residential mortgages broker portal

    For owner-occupied and individual buy to let applications. You can log in to our Residential Mortgages Broker Portal or register here.

  • Specialist buy to let mortgage portal

    For HMOs, limited companies, multi unit freehold and multi property applications. If you’ve already registered for our Commercial Mortgages Broker Portal, you can log in here.

Portal tips

Ensure the Use of Property field for the security address is set to Investment. If entered incorrectly, the application will be automatically declined and must be rekeyed.

If your client owns any Buy to Let properties (either personally or within a limited company), ensure you select Yes under Portfolio Borrowing. Don’t worry if these properties were already added during the DIP, they won’t be double counted.

No. For products offering free or assisted legals, we’ll assign solicitors automatically. You can skip this step.

You can add or update your mortgage club by going to your User Profile and selecting Add/Remove Submission Routes. If you’re part of a Network, you don't need to update this section.
