  1. Decision in Principle referrals

    • Working on any DIP that has been referred from:
    • 23rd October

  2. Initial packaging review

    • This is where we check your case is fully packaged prior to sending to our underwriters. Working from:
    • 17th October

  3. Underwriting fully packaged cases

    • Working on your fully packaged applications that have been sent from the pre-application team from:
    • 20th October

  1. Additional document assessment

    • Working on all items post application from:
    • 20th October

  2. Review for final offer

    • It’s here that your case will wait for final offer sign off. Working on cases from:
    • 22nd October

  3. Underwrite to offer

    • 21 days on average

Specialist buy to let
