- Checks for missing or incorrect information and rechecks every 3 working days
- Once complete, case moves to underwriter queue (not yet reviewed by an underwriter)

Included in application to offer time
- Underwriter confirms the application meets our lending policy and criteria
- Assess the case and request any additional information if needed

Underwriting pipeline

5 working days

Included in application to offer time
- Review additional information provided and valuation report
- Checks all documents are complete; rechecks every 4 days
- May request any missing info
- If complete, the case moves straight to offer

Post offer

7 working days
- Handles all tasks and documents from mortgage offer to completion
- Once mortgage offer is approved this will be issued to you and your client
