Key criteria

  • Minimum loan £500k, max loan £3m.
  • Max LTV 70% (60% for interest only loans, and/or office based commercial units).
  • Terms vary, from 2yrs to 20yrs, dependent on the repayment type of the loan.
  • Interest only, part & part and capital & interest repayment options available.
  • Commercial, semi-commercial, industrial, office and retail properties considered.
  • Debt servicing – from 125% DSCR on repayment loans and 145% on interest only loans.
