Unlike these Help to Buy schemes, with our Low Deposit Mortgages there is no extra loan involved and they can be used for buying a new build property or an existing home with a low deposit.

To remortgage on our Low Deposit Range you'll only need 15% equity in your home, so it's a great opportunity to save on your monthly payments or release cash to improve your home. Our Low Deposit Mortgages are great if your circumstances don’t quite fit the 'norm' as we take the time to really understand your needs.

To save you money and make the process easier when remortgaging with us, we'll pay the standard legal fees needed to move your mortgage.

Representative Example of a Term Variable Rate Mortgage on our Low Deposit Range.

A mortgage of £123,500 payable over 30 years on our variable rate for the mortgage term of 30 years at our current rate of 4.68% would require 360 monthly payments of £639.03. The total amount payable would be £230,780.80, made up of the loan amount plus interest (£106,550.80) and a valuation fee (£370) and estimated legal fees of (£360).

Representative Example of a Fixed Rate Mortgage on our Low Deposit Range.

A mortgage of £123,500 payable over 30 years, initially on a fixed rate for 2 years at 5.28% and then on our current variable rate of 5.48% for the remaining 28 years, would require 24 monthly payments of £684.27 followed by 336 payments of £698.95. The total amount payable would be £251,999.68 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£127,769.68) and a valuation fee of £370 and estimated legal fees of £360.
