We’re supporting the government scheme to provide Ukrainian refugees with a safe place to stay. If you’re planning to participate we want to make the process as simple as we can for you.

What is the Homes for Ukraine scheme?

The government has launched a scheme to offer a home for refugees who’ve been forced to leave their homes in the Ukraine. The scheme will help individuals and organisations in the UK become sponsors, by providing a safe place for refugees to stay in their home or a separate property they own. In return, you’ll receive an optional £350 per month.

Subject to status. Your mortgage will be secured on your property.  Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments.
