Block Discounting

With facility sizes ranging from £500k to £40m we help our existing introducer partners grow their Asset Finance book as well as new lenders to establish their lending proposition.

Our partners can raise funds against Hire Purchase, Lease and Loan agreements.

The process works by pledging ‘blocks’ of these agreements to us and we release the funds at a discounted value, matching the life of the agreements.

With a ‘sweet spot’ sitting in the £5m and £20m range, we work with experienced lessors to provide ‘blocks’ of finance whilst they continue to manage the customer relationships.

Receivables Finance

We work with established lessors through program agreements to help them overcome their exposure challenges with their customer base by helping to spread the credit risk.

The process works by lessors introducing pre-credit cleared and own book deals to Aldermore on an individual or batch basis with flexible options from the lessor and customer point of view.

This can include:

  • Recourse or non-recourse funding where the lessor can continue to bill & collect, or pass this to Aldermore, including or excluding maintenance
  • Fully disclosed or undisclosed agreements
  • Full or no credit risk with Aldermore

Block Bridging

Block Bridging allows our partners to release capital tied up in their bridging finance book with their customers, enabling them to grow their book, support more customers and broaden their offering.

Our partners can raise funds against future income from bridging finance contracts in place between them and their customers.

The process works by pledging ‘blocks’ of these agreements to us and we release the funds at a discounted value, matching the life of the agreements.

We work with experienced bridging lenders to provide blocks of finance whilst they continue to manage the customer relationships.
