I've forgotten my Password or Memorable Details - what do I do?

If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ link on the Log In page. You’ll need your Customer ID, email address and memorable details. When you’ve entered these details, the first half of your temporary password will be displayed on screen and the second half will be emailed to you within half an hour. If you’ve forgotten your memorable details, please call us on 0345 604 2678 and we’ll be happy to help.
