If you’re worried about making your mortgage payments, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

You’ll receive a letter towards the end of your payment break period which will let you know all the options available to you.

  • In your letter we’ll let you know all the repayment options available to you and how you can apply for a further mortgage payment deferral
  • We’ll let you know what to do if you’re worried about making your payments
