On day one you will be provided with an interactive welcome programme, and will then be invited to a bank wide centralised induction within the first 3 months of your employment. As a business we strive to ensure our welcome programme is fun, interesting, exciting, painless and as straightforward as possible.
You’ll then be supported in forging your journey with us, taking responsibility for your own development and building your career.
We’ve already put in place a comprehensive range of online learning modules, together with our flagship leadership development programme, a management capability programme and an aspiring manager programme.
