How do you verify my identity?

To verify your identity we'll perform electronic checks on both the personal and business details you provide. In some circumstances we may require additional documentation to validate these details. We'll need two forms of documentation. We will notify you of the documents required as and when required.

What do I do if I've forgotten my password or username?

If you've forgotten your password, you can re-set it here.

You'll need to have your customer ID, linked nominated account details handy. When you enter these details, we'll send you an SMS with a temporary password. Once you're logged in, you can change your password to one you choose.

When resetting your password, you'll need to get a one-time use passcode and enter it on the login page. If you find you're locked out of your account you'll need to call us on 01733 821 321 and we'll help you reset your password. 

Someone else may know my password, what do I do?

Keeping your savings secure is important to us. If you think someone may know your password, please call us immediately on 01733 821 321. Our Business Savings team will check your account for you and work with you to make sure your account is safe.

Although we may contact you by email or SMS, we'll never ask you to give details of your account via a link within a message. If you're suspicious, please call our team during business hours.
