Internet banking

What actions can I complete online?

We encourage you to complete your day-to-day transactions online. You can complete the following transactions in online banking;

  • see the rates and current balances for all of your accounts at a glance
  • give us your maturity instructions
  • update your linked nominated bank account
  • nickname your account
  • download and print statements whenever you need them
  • change where your interest payments go to
  • open another account in just a couple of minutes
  • view transactions on your account right back to the time you opened it
  • make as many withdrawals as you like from your Easy Access account, or make a one-off withdrawal from your Fixed Rate Account with Access
  • update your company information and contact details

When you opened your Aldermore Business Savings Account, we gave you a username and a password. You’ll need these each time you log into your account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

What about my interest payments?

When you open an account with us you set the frequency that we pay your interest to monthly, annually or at maturity. You can't change this once the account’s opened.
At account opening you can also choose to have your interest paid to the account, your linked nominated bank account or your Easy Access account if you have one. You can change where the interest goes at any time in internet banking.
We calculate interest daily on your cleared account balance.

How do I change my personal details?

Once your account’s set up you can make various changes to your personal details online. For some changes we might need supporting documents; these can be sent by post or email, if requested.

How do I set up additional users on my account?

You can set up new users on your account online. Once you're logged in, click on the manage users link and follow the instructions on screen.

There are different levels of access you can grant to users on your account. These are:

We'll send additional users an email with a unique link to their application and the person who added them an SMS with a unique PIN that you'll need to give to the new user.

Do you charge for operating your accounts?

No, we don't apply any fees or charges for standard account services. We may charge you for any exceptional, non-standard services which are available on a discretionary basis.
