Employees of Aldermore Bank PLC (“Aldermore”), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the donation are not eligible to participate.
  2. Upon successful completion of each individual telephone satisfaction survey with a business finance broker, a £15 (fifteen pounds sterling) donation (“donation”) will be awarded to Macmillan Cancer Support (“Macmillan”).

All donations will be aggregated and a single payment will be made via bank transfer to Macmillan’s bank account at the end of the telephone satisfaction survey period on Friday 29 April 2022 in connection with Aldermore’s Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Specialist Finance, Commercial Mortgages and Property Development telephone satisfaction surveys.
  4. Telephone satisfaction surveys will take place between 9.00am on Monday 17 January 2022 and will need to be completed by 11.59pm on Thursday 31 March 2022 to be eligible for the donation. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
  5. Aldermore accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or network or server failure of any kind.
  6. The donation is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  7. The donation is supplied by Aldermore Bank PLC (Registered Number: 00947662) as organiser of this activity.
  8. Aldermore reserves the right to replace the donation and/or the chosen charity with an alternative donation amount and/or charity. Aldermore reserves the right to alter the value of the donation if circumstances beyond Aldermore’s control make it necessary to do.
  9. The decision of Aldermore regarding any aspect of the donation allocation is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  10. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Aldermore reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the donation should anyone be in breach of these terms and conditions.
  11. Aldermore reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so, and no liability shall attach to Aldermore as a result thereof.
  12. Aldermore reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the donation allocation.
  13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Aldermore, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the donation recipient or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the donation except where it is caused by the negligence of the Aldermore, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  14. Personal data supplied during the course of this activity will only be processed as set out in the Aldermore's privacy policy.
