Taybridge Construction, based in Preston, Lancashire, has agreed a new £400,000 finance facility with Aldermore, the specialist bank.

Taybridge, which was established in 2015, is now one of the region’s leading building and civil engineering contractors. It specialises in reinforced concrete foundations, roads and drainage infrastructure, and hard landscaping throughout the North West of England.

The funding from Aldermore will enable the business to manage its projects with confidence, and allow the company to invest in new equipment and training. Taybridge has previously received a factoring facility to access periodic increases in turnover.

Stephen Taylor, Director of Taybridge Construction said: “We chose Aldermore because of its reputation for delivering on its promises, and it certainly has. The funding process is far smoother than with our previous bank and Aldermore is a much better fit to our company and goals. We now have the support and financial confidence we need to plan for the

long-term and continue to deliver high-quality construction to the North West of England.”

Karen Allen, Head of Specialist Finance at Aldermore said: “There is no better endorsement for us as a lender than when a client chooses to expand our relationship based on their early experiences. We deliver on our commitments and take the time to listen to our clients to find a solution that works for them. Taybridge has gone from strength to strength and we are delighted to support them, as they look to continue to fulfil their ambitious vision this year.”
