Mark is currently Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of Aldermore's Mortgages division. His appointment to Group Commercial Director will see his remit expand to include Invoice and Asset Finance both of which are vital sources of financing for SMEs, as well as the two Mortgage Businesses and Property Development. Mark has been with Aldermore since it began operating in May 2009 and has over 30 years' experience in financial services.
Paul joins Aldermore from Lloyds Banking Group where he was Global Head of IT Cost Management, before that he was Head of IT Central Functions and the IT COO for Lloyds' Wealth Management and International businesses. Prior to working at Lloyds, Paul was European Chief Information Officer of GMAC's Auto Finance business. Paul has extensive experience of delivering technology and business change and will lead Aldermore's on-going technology growth and development. He will report to Aldermore's Chief Operating Officer Paul Myers.
