Using online banking

To cancel a regular transfer:

Simply log into your account, click on ‘Account Options’ and select ‘Statement’. Scroll down the page to see your unprocessed instructions and then click on 'View' against the pending transaction and select ‘Delete’.

To cancel a future transaction:

Select ‘Statement’ from the Account Options menu and you’ll see your unprocessed instructions at the bottom of the screen. Click on the transaction you’d like to cancel and then click the amend button. From here you’ll be able to choose delete.

Please note that if the transaction you want to cancel is not shown in the "unprocessed instructions" then we will not be able to cancel it as it's already being processed.
