SMEs join Aldermore for a micro-business workshop with Enterprise Rockers Co-founder Tony Robinson and Ian Digby from The Pensions Regulator.

This month, Aldermore has opened a new business lounge in Leeds, offering a space for local SMEs to come together, share ideas and work on achieving their business goals. To mark the launch, on 9 July 2015 the Bank invited entrepreneurs from the region to visit the centre for a free workshop, with two inspiring guest speakers on hand to share their expertise.

First, Enterprise Rockers Co-founder Tony Robinson OBE gave a spirited speech offering his top ten tips for micro-businesses that rock, with a word of wisdom to match to each of the letters in ‘Enterprise’.

Robinson was followed by Ian Digby from The Pensions Regulator, guiding the small business leaders in the audience through the auto-enrolment process and explaining what will be required of them under the new legislation.

Aldermore would like to thank everyone that attended the session, including these two brilliant speakers, and looks forward to meeting many more local SMEs at the Bank’s business lounge in the future.
