Aldermore's promise to champion its customers has been recognised in three separate award shows over November, as the Bank claimed several awards celebrating its commitment to supporting SMEs, savers and homeowners.

On November 26th, Aldermore Bank was nominated for nine awards in the annual gala dinner for the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB). During the evening, the Bank walked away with Buy to Let Lender of the Year and Most Supporting Lender of the year.

On the same evening, Aldermore Bank was also the recipient of the best Buy-to-Let Mortgage Provider for the 2013 Personal Finance Awards. The event, in conjunction with What Mortgage, saw Aldermore pick up its first commendation for direct residential mortgages

What's more, Aldermore Bank was also celebrated in the Financial Adviser Awards on November 21st, winning the coveted Five Star Service Award for customer service, as voted by the broker market.

It is the third year that Aldermore has won the award. The ceremony, held in the National history Museum in London, was attended by Managing Director of Residential Mortgages Charles Haresnape. You can watch his reaction to the win below.

In its most recent award win, Aldermore has also claimed the Best Intermediary Mortgage Lender from the Your Mortgages awards. The ceremony, which pays tribute to those lenders that have offered the best services and products to borrowers, was held at Merchant Taylor's Hall in Threadneedle Street. It is the second year running that Aldermore has won this particular commendation.

The team at Aldermore is delighted to be universally recognised for its service, products and mission. In 2014, the Bank aims to continue to support British savers, SMEs and homeowners, championing our customers in the new year and beyond.
