Launched in 2005 by Real Business magazine, the First Women Awards recognise the achievements of some of Britain’s most respected female business leaders. Categories including the Young Achiever, Entrepreneurship and Women in Manufacturing award aim to promote equal opportunities in the workplace and highlight female role models across a diverse range of industries.
