undefinedTaking place on the 8th March, International Women’s day sets out to celebrate women’s social, economic and political achievements, campaigning to give women a greater chance at achieving success in all areas of life.

Last year, Aldermore invited female business leaders from the North West to share their experiences in a live Google Hangout, asking whether women in business face additional challenges compared to their male counterparts. One year later, the Bank turns to the Twitter community  to hear how much progress has been made on the issue, and what more could be done to empower the enterprising women of tomorrow.
