On Friday, Aldermore attended The Telegraph’s Festival of Business, an event which saw some of the leading minds in the SME community gather in Manchester.

The conference invited a number of business leaders to come together in order to discuss ideas and share advice on how best to grow and develop a company in this turbulent economic climate.

During the day, the team at Aldermore tweeted key soundbites from those speaking at the event, as well as recording a number of audio interviews with leading-minds attending the conference, including Sir Terry Leahy, former CEO of Tesco and Kamal Ahmed, the Sunday Telegraph Business Editor. At Aldermore, we're always keen to listen to the thoughts and opinions of our audience; to hear how we can improve our products and services to help SMEs fulfil their growth potential, whether that's through invoice factoring or best savings account rates. With that in mind, we travelled to the Festival of Business to hear the voices and views of business leaders from across the United Kingdom.

Below, we have collected a number of our Twitter updates from the day, as well as the key tweets from other attendees to the conference.
