Rated 5 out of 5 by Suited my needs perfectly I took out a bond last year with Aldermore. I had never heard of Aldemore so I was a little apprehensive. However the service was efficient and when I called to get information I was very satisfied with the response. This year I have changed the bond to a 30 day account and agin the service was excellent .The information was clear and transparent. 11 April 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Straightforward Banking Opening accounts to meet specific requirements couldn't be easier online. Follow up postal confirmation follows promptly as well. 17 February 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 30 day notice is timeless. The more I thought about a 30 day notice account the more it made sense for me personally also the interest rate is up front without a bonus that expires after 12 months. 06 February 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Feels a bit Quirky As a computer programmer I use the Internet for work, at home, and for banking online. I've been with my present bank for over 20 years and started managing my account online as soon as the service became available. I recently started receiving snail mail telling me that I had changed an instruction on the site. Then a few days later another snail mail telling me I'd changed it back again. I find this highly annoying. If I want to know how my account is being administered I'd go online to check. I don't want a pile of paperwork providing a record of what I did and when. If you must inform me, use my email account. Also the security questions do seem over the top. I mean, asking me what the 100th letter of my memorable name is. I have to write the *censored* thing down (alert alert alert) to work out what letters go where, where and where. I don't get any of this grief from my own bank! Mildly annoyed, so far. 03 February 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Always precise information I have been an investor with Aldermore Bank for several years:either with fixed term rate investment or notice accounts. Their internet site is clear and easy to follow. Their response to confirm by e mail and post any such investment is second to none. The interest rates offered are competitive even though we savers would like them to be higher than presently available. 23 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Straightforward and quick Searched for the best product for my needs. This was up there in terms of interest rates and it appeared so easy to set up. It was. Everything that could be processed on line was, instantly, and other mailed documentation arrived within days. 16 January 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not yet open. I have not yet been able to open the account. For some reason you have chosen a period of some two weeks before transferring the funds I requested and I still have two days to go before that happens. 07 January 2014
