Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent products As a small business we were looking for a range of savings products to help us plan and utilise resources. We have opened several plans with you which cover our needs very well and give a rate a return far better than any bank, especially our own! 22 April 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Pleasantly surprised In these days of certain financial institutions ,treating old loyal customers with constant (it seems) reductions in placing ones cash with them aggravated by persistent paper work, and sometimes a lack lustre staff, especially in a branch that opens 2 half days a week, and a call centre, with blaring music plus lengthy waits, it is with pleasure that I can phone your bank without leaving in a fit of deep depression !! Well Done. 19 April 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great product, which fills a hole in the market. Years ago notice accounts were prolific but with the advent of lower base rates and current interest rates offered being really unattractive, it is good to know that Aldermore have entered this sector of the market. Fixed rates have been the best but with the possibility of rates increasing over the medium term, no-one wants their money tied up for say five years. Well done Aldermore! 15 April 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Suited my needs perfectly I took out a bond last year with Aldermore. I had never heard of Aldemore so I was a little apprehensive. However the service was efficient and when I called to get information I was very satisfied with the response. This year I have changed the bond to a 30 day account and agin the service was excellent .The information was clear and transparent. 11 April 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Straightforward Banking Opening accounts to meet specific requirements couldn't be easier online. Follow up postal confirmation follows promptly as well. 17 February 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 30 day notice is timeless. The more I thought about a 30 day notice account the more it made sense for me personally also the interest rate is up front without a bonus that expires after 12 months. 06 February 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Feels a bit Quirky As a computer programmer I use the Internet for work, at home, and for banking online. I've been with my present bank for over 20 years and started managing my account online as soon as the service became available. I recently started receiving snail mail telling me that I had changed an instruction on the site. Then a few days later another snail mail telling me I'd changed it back again. I find this highly annoying. If I want to know how my account is being administered I'd go online to check. I don't want a pile of paperwork providing a record of what I did and when. If you must inform me, use my email account. Also the security questions do seem over the top. I mean, asking me what the 100th letter of my memorable name is. I have to write the *censored* thing down (alert alert alert) to work out what letters go where, where and where. I don't get any of this grief from my own bank! Mildly annoyed, so far. 03 February 2014
