Suited my needs I only wish the interest was greater. It is so difficult to having to keep changing accounts. I dread when the period of deposit is completed and I have to look for somewhere else to place the money in order for it not to be devalued by inflation. 29 April 2013
straghtforward but slow on money transfer Simple to set up, over 1 week until money moved into my account. Seems slow for modern data age. slightly difficult to get Aldermore details to set up payment system at my own bank. Letter sent to tell me I had made a transfer, ???? why not e-mail 28 April 2013

Not very good Having decided I could get a much better savings rate elsewhere I tried to cancel as soon as possible to save time and effort from Aldermore. That was a waste of time, they would not take the details but told me to ring the next day a Saturday. That was a waste of time as on Saturday they were 'busy' and refused to answer the phone, inviting me to leave a message. Needless to say that to date they never got back to me. 13 April 2013
