Suited my purposes I am writing this review for the product it was posted for. My comments will appear to contradict my rating but opening an account in the past has been o.k However.:- Since then I have requested a further bond for 1 year @ 2.25%. I duly sent off the cheque on 24th April. Having not had any correspondence back regarding this application I sent an "E.Mail" on 02nd May asking for information as the cheque had not been cashed. Received a reply on 07th May advising that as the cheque was unsigned it was to be returned and I had lost the opportunity of the 2.25% interest. I appreciate it was my my error but would question the length of time it has taken for the cheque to be returned. If I had been notified earlier perhaps I could have achieved the closing date. Will seriously reconsider doing any further business with the bank. 09 May 2013

Was exactly what needed presently. Your Account was at the time offering the best rate, and as it later turned out personal tragedies were averted by having access to the money so I can confirm it was a good experience, and why I am carrying on for another year. Thank you. 07 May 2013
