30 Day Notice Account

One of the better on line account providers

I was attracted by the competitively good interest rate and found the process of opening the account relatively easy. I did have an issue with the memorable place but a quickly answered phone call resolved the issue satisfactorily. Overall I think Aldermore offer one of the better on line accounts. Legin32

30 Day Notice Account

Excellent in all respects.

The product is straight forward and exactly what I wanted. For me, what differentiated the experience, was the speed and simplicity of opening the account online. Impressive yet for Aldermore, it just seems to be the norm.

30 Day Notice Account

Not happy

I had a maturing 1 year deposit and rolled it over as a 30day notice account. Now I am unable to access any information on-line or my tax certificate for my maturing account. This is not satisfactory. No help from FAQs.

30 Day Notice Account

was very east to set up

Although I set this up online I did need to phone just to clarify a few points and I was so pleased that my call was answered quickly and the response and help was excellent. I was dealt with very patiently . The service means more to me than a small percentage point of interest rates in other products. So thank you very much

30 Day Notice Account

Simple

Having been an Aldermore customer I chose Aldermore for this product - why? On line banking is simple to operate, yet remains secure - in fact it is so good, my wife who has just retired after working 30+ years for a very large high street bank was so impressed with their systems, has also opened an account.
