New Broker Portal

We launched our new Residential Mortgages portal to coincide with our implementation of the Mortgage Credit Directive (MCD). Our new portal is still quick and simple to use, and provides additional functionality which will enable us to bring you and your clients future products and service enhancements.

What's Changed?

We listened to your feedback and made the following changes:

  • New look and feel – you’ll notice a new design
  • Easier to use  – we’ve re-ordered some of the screens to make it quicker and easier for you to key your cases
  • Additional information –we've introduced some new fields so you'll be able to provide us with more information up-front.

If you’re Directly Authorised your preferred submission routes (mortgage club / distributors) were carried forward to the new broker portal ready for you to select.
