Customer Terms and Conditions

  • [We][Aldermore[ Bank PLC]]  are offering a 3 months’ service fee free period for new invoice discounting facilities which are entered into within the period stated below.
  • This promotion is available on a discretionary basis by us to clients with which we decide (subject to our normal checks and approvals) to enter into a qualifying invoice finance agreement which is subject to the terms of this promotion.
  • A qualifying invoice finance agreement for the purposes of this promotion only is an invoice discounting facility with a minimum period of at least 18 months and a notice period of at least 3 months. We will inform you if the invoice discounting facility is subject to the terms of this promotion, but this promotion will not apply to factoring or combined invoice finance facilities. To qualify for this promotion, your details must be logged with us before 29 September 2017, and the commencement date of your invoice finance agreement must be before 30 November 2017 (and our determination as to such matters will be final).
  • For new clients only, you will have the right during the 3 month promotional period to terminate the invoice finance agreement on written notice to us (and no early termination payment or minimum period will apply to such termination, though you will have to settle any outstanding obligations to us). 
  • At the expiry of the 3 month promotional period, the invoice finance agreement will continue on its terms (and, for the avoidance of doubt, service fees will start to be payable and new clients will now have to observe the notice period).
  • The promotion is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the invoice finance agreement (of which the general conditions can be found at here).
  • If a Termination Event (as defined in our general conditions of invoice finance) occurs within the 3 month promotional period, the terms of this promotion will end and our terms and conditions will apply. Our standard charges will apply during the 3 month promotional period in respect of bad debt protection (if applicable), and this promotion does not apply to any service fee which applies under our terms and conditions due to our cancelling your agency to collect debts.
  • Any dispute relating to this promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Broker Frequently Asked Questions

  • How will my commission be structured?
    Each customer that joins Aldermore on the promotion will sign an 18 month contract, up from our normal 12 months deals, meaning you’ll receive 15 months commission rather than 12. Commissions will start to pay out from month 4 of the agreement
  • What if the client leaves within the trial period?
    We will notify you of the customer’s decision and pass them back over to you.
