Supporting information
We may ask you for more information to support your application,
so please make sure you have the following:
- how much your client would like to borrow
- the purpose of the finance
- how many months your client would like to make the repayments over.
We may ask you for more information beyond this, depending on how
much your client wants to borrow and their circumstances.
Valuation basis
We'll base the valuation on the market value of the property in
its present condition, excluding any goodwill, fixtures and
fittings etc. The valuation panel will be restricted with all
valuations instructed by Aldermore Bank PLC.
ANY PROPERTY USED AS SECURITY, WHICH MAY INCLUDE YOUR HOME, MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
