How do I check the progress of my application?

Opening your account is simple and straightforward and our experts are on hand to help if you have any questions. Once you've opened your Business Savings Account with us we'll send you:
• An email detailing your account username(s)
• A text message detailing each users password to the mobile number(s) provided
• Your Welcome Pack can be found in 'My Documents' when you log into your account

If we need some further identification after you've completed your application, we'll let you know. If the account opening criteria haven't been met, we'll inform you and confirm our requirements.
